Meriton, which is Australia’s largest private property developer has approved & begun marketing this development at 7 Carter Street in Sydney Olympic Park.

Characteristics of 7 Carter St, Sydney Olympic Park:

Stage 1 of The Retreat development will feature two buildings, both having a total of 22 floors & both being 70m in height.

There will be a total of 273 apartments over both of the buildings & there will be a total of 435 car parking spaces which will be more than enough to cater for the residents & their guests.

There will also be a childcare centre in the development which will be ideal for those residents who have children and commute to work as it will only be an elevator ride away.

The project will be developed by Meriton who are one of Australia’s largest property developers, whilst also having one of the largest property portfolios. The architects are SJB, an award-winning firm with 39 years experience in architecture, urban planning and design.
