The Parramatta CBD skyline is truly starting to grow. Skyrise at 11 Hassall St is a residential tower which will stand out of Parramatta’s ever-growing city skyline. This project is well underway and is already making a major impact on the skyline.
Once 11 Hassall St which is named Skyrise is topped out, it will be the second tallest tower in the Parramatta CBD only second to the 55-floor Altitude Tower by Meriton.

The Skyrise Tower will feature a residential building of 138m in height making it the second tallest upon completion until being taken over by The Lennox in the following year. It will be a welcome addition to the skyline & be a landmark development due to it’s height.
The tower will feature 224 apartments, 8 of which were recently approved which will add $2,000,000 to the build cost coming to a total build cost of $54,578,000, as well as adding 2 additional floors for a grand total of 43. There will also be 198 car parking spaces, mostly underground for the residents. The car parking spaces will be spread over 7 levels.

The project is being developed by Macland Group which are Chinese developers. The architects are PTI Architecture Group which are a quality Australian architectural firm.
The total build cost of the development will be $54 Million & it is expected that the project will be completed sometime in 2018.
