New Breeze is a Masterplanned residential community which is being released by Dahua, A Shanghai-based firm. It offers blocks of land ranging from 240sqm up to 1800sqm. The location of the community is excellent, it is situated in Bardia on the eastern side of Campbelltown Road heading south-bound. It is located only 400m to the newly built Edmondson Park train station where there will be a future town centre built accompanying the station over the next few years.
The advantage of this masterplan is that you can choose your own builder where you can save on construction costs. Each block of land with by fully connected to all amenities including gas & the NBN (National Broadband Network) which will offer speeds of up to 100mbs for download & 40mbs for upload.

The total value of the New Breeze land release masterplan is $1 Billion making it one of the biggest development releases in NSW history. As of the time of writing, there are no house & land packages offered by New Breeze.
