Liverpool Central is a landmark project for the area which comprises of a 10 and 13 story building coming to a combine total of 240 apartments. It is set to be a $120 million development on completion and will be yet another development to put Liverpool on the map.
The area is booming and Liverpool city council will complete there $15 renovation of the CBD at the end of 2016.
The developer is Rothelowman, they have been developing some gems as of late such as Sanctuary which is 3km outside the Melbourne CBD.
