Castle Hill is set to undergo a massive change from a relatively low-density suburb to boasting some of the finest high-rise residential developments within the greater Sydney metropolitan region.
This growth has been underpinned by the Sydney Metro Northwest Stage 1 infrastructure project which is set to open in the suburb right next to Castle Towers & adjacent to the Atmosphere development itself in 2019.

The Atmosphere development will feature two residential towers which are 20 storeys & 21 storeys respectively. They will both be around the 60m mark in terms of height & be a landmark development within the suburb.
There will be a total 378 over two towers. Tower A will include 196 apartments & tower B will include 182 apartments.
This development will truly bring Castle Hill into a well-connected hub with one of the biggest shopping centres in the country, A brand new metro-rail station offering CBD access & a bus station which serves the surrounding area.
The project is being developed by Toplace which are also developing the Macquarie Towers in Parramatta. The architects of the building are Kirkis Tayler Architects which is an Australian based architectural firm. The architects for the landscaping are Iscape.
The total build cost of the development will be $86,112,073 making it the most expensive residential ever developed in the suburb & it is expected that the project will be completed sometime in early 2018.
