Only the Foundry remains to start development, however, it is expected to begin once the appeal is approved within the Liverpool city council’s planning office.

According to AU Abroad, QT Hotels will be launching the first 5-star hotel & resort in Parramatta by 2020. This clearly indicates that 8 Phillip St is expected to be completed by the year 2020.

According to the official 8 Phillip st website, the developer Coronation is accepting inquiries into their opt-in list. Additionally Domain and Real Estate have off the plan sales already running for this development, however, no prices have been announced at this stage.
