The area has undergone a massive change over the last few years due to interest in Liverpool being the “Airport City” as it will be home to the Western Sydney Airport which is due to begin operation in 2026.
The area is also becoming more educated with an increase in the number of people getting degree’s & working professional jobs who live in the region. According to the 22-26 Elizabeth St in Liverpool Development Application, the proposal is expected to cost $104,901,237 making it the single most expensive residential development ever proposed to the Liverpool City Council for approval.
