This tower is a game changer for the South-west Sydney region & could be a sign of things to come. The area has undergone a massive change over the last few years due to interest in Liverpool being the “Airport City” as it will be home to the Western Sydney Airport which is due to begin operation in 2026.
The area is also becoming more educated with an increase in the number of people getting degree’s & working professional jobs who live in the region. As Liverpool was recently announced to be Sydney’s third CBD, this is just the beginning of what will be a decades-long transformation into a truly cosmopolitan city centre within Sydney.
The Architects for the concept design are Rothelowman & the application submitters of the plot are Binah Developments.
The concept DA has been submitted to the Liverpool City Council for approval. According to the 22-26 Elizabeth St in Liverpool Development Application, the proposal is expected to cost $104,901,237 making it the single most expensive residential development ever proposed to the Liverpool City Council for approval.
