  • 345 parking spaces

It is expected that if the development is approved, construction could be completed as soon as 2021.

This tower is a game changer for the South-west Sydney region & could be a sign of things to come. The area has undergone a massive change over the last few years due to interest in Liverpool being the “Airport City” as it will be home to the Western Sydney Airport which is due to begin operation in 2026.

The area is also becoming more educated with an increase in the number of people getting degree’s & working professional jobs who live in the region. As Liverpool was recently announced to be Sydney’s third CBD, this is just the beginning of what will be a decades-long transformation into a truly cosmopolitan city centre within Sydney.
