The Skyline in North Sydney is changing. Soon it will be filled with even more office towers as the suburb prepares for an infrastructure led boom thanks to the Sydney Metro Stage 2 proving North Sydney with a brand new underground station called Victoria Cross in addition to the existing North Sydney Station.

In this boom time, one tower looks to dominate the entire skyline & it’s called 100 Mount Street.

The 100 Mount Street Tower will feature an office building of 148.6m in height making it almost 20 meters taller than the next tallest building in the suburb. It will be clearly visible from the Sydney CBD & will become a new landmark for North Sydney.

The tower will feature 46,359sqm of total gross floor area & 41,163sqm of the total net lettable area. The development will be mainly for office purposes & will be of an A-Grade standard, the highest standard in office space available.

The development will also include 118 car parking spaces including 5 underground levels above the 38 above ground for a grand total of 43 levels. There will also be a total 19 motorcycle parking spaces.

The project is being developed by Dexus which are one of Australia’s largest property developers. The architects are Architectus which are a quality Australian firm & SOM (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LPP) which are a globally recognised architecture company based in Chicago in the United States.

The total cost of the development will be $467.5 Million making it one of the most expensive projects ever undertaken in North Sydney.

It is expected that the project will be completed in December 2018 if there are no unexpected delays.
